In 2016 Walt brought The Ranger Goat into the company fleet. The Goat is much more than a truck. More than a vehicle. It is a memory. A remembrance of a family member. A legend. The platform that everything TAV has been validated on. It is a memorial, a remembrance of Walt's cousin Vinny. When Vinny passed unexpectedly, Walt bought the truck from Vinny's wife.
Vinny had a plan to build the truck out into an epic off-road rig, but never had the opportunity to get started. The Goat has seen many iterations but all of these changes have been to validate what we do as TAV.
As 2022 progresses the final stages of the Ranger Goat will be happening. We are working with Bowen Customs in Colorado to develop a TAV Spec Bed replacement. Stay tuned to see the results of this project.
