Sales and CX Assistant 
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales and CX (Customer Experience) representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. This position is responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential clients and guiding them through the process of the build. They ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase. This pertains to not only the sale, but the customer journey after the sale. Knowledge of the offroad industry and components and a desire to learn are key to this job. This person will assist the Operations Manager with client build sheets, ordering, tracking, and organizing parts as well as scheduling of builds.

Job Responsibilities
  • Have a clear understanding of automotive software programs, (We use Shopmonkey), in order to produce customer build sheets, keep track of parts ordered and received, mechanics' progress and processing payments.
  • Represent the company’s products and services, using a deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
  • Assist customers in providing vehicle build sheets, estimates and work with them through the customer journey, which includes but is not limited to
    • Process customer payments
    • Contact customers to schedule builds 
    • Give customers regular updates on job progress which include labor time reports and progress pictures
    • Order and organize parts
  • Communicate with Shop Supervisor (Josh Wagner) to discuss customer build progress and scheduling.
  • Meet with Owner (Walt Wagner) at least once a week to discuss scheduling which includes customer builds and events.
  • Assist all customers (walk-in, phone and internet leads) with product sales
  • Make sure all customer payments and receipts are noted with their names, attached to invoices and given to Accounts Receivable (Karen)
  • Assist with trade shows, expos and other events as needed. (This may involve travel and out-of-town events). 
  • Maintain a clean showroom and work area
