Frequently Asked Questions

Orders/Processing Orders

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and may take 2-3 business days to process.  Once your order has been processed and it may take 5-7 business days for shipping.  If there are any issues in processing your order, we will contact you.  If your item is out of stock or on backorder we will contact you immediately.


Delivery & Shipping Info

Delivery times will vary depending on products purchased.  Custom items, including bumpers and suspension components, will have longer delivery times and may require special delivery procedures/instructions ( lift gate, extra cost to residential addresses, etc.).  Free Shipping DOES NOT apply for large items including special order items.  Shipping rates my vary from $200-$300 for these items.  You will be contacted before the order is processed to discuss these shipping charges.

Please contact us if you have specific request or time restraints when ordering custom items.


Shipping Discrepancies & Damages

Please make TAV aware of any and all discrepancies in your order within 10 days of receipt. TAV will not exchange or replace any item after the 10 day window.  Please check your order upon receipt instead of waiting until you need the product for your project the following month.  It will be too late for us to do an exchange.  

Damages:

If your product was damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipper (Ex. FedEx, UPS) within 48 hours of receiving the product.  You will need to file a damage claim with the shipper.  You will get a notification when your order is shipped.  If your order is lost in shipping, please contact the shipper and file a report.  We will replace the "lost" item once we receive a claim from the shipping company that the item is lost.  

TAV accepts no liability for products damaged by misuse, improper installation or modifications.  TAV recommends professional installation for every product sold and all products are for OFFROAD USE ONLY, unless clearly noted otherwise.


International Orders

If you are located outside the Contential US, please call us if you would like to place an order so we can discuss special payment arrangements and shipping cost.  


Sales Tax

All New Mexico residents are subject to 7.3125% sales tax on all merchandise purchased through TAV.  If you are not a New Mexico resident and place an order through TAV and pick it up at our facility, you will be charged 7.3125% sales tax.  If your billing address is not New Mexico and your order is shipping to your billing address, you will not be charged sales tax.


Cancellations/Refunds/Warranty

Once an item has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.  

There are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds on any item listed as "special order".  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Refunds will be given on a case by case basis.

Products are covered by the manufacturers warranty only.  Settlements of all claims are subject to manufacturers warranty period to allow inspection of warranted goods.
